Founder, Jamie Thibodeaux
Jamie Thibodeaux, Founder, has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years. Prior to that, Jamie was a department head for a listed NASDAQ publicly traded company. She has been instrumental in the research and development with TBI since 2004. In that time, she has trained and consulted over 500 skin care professionals in the use of aesthetic equipment and products.
With this experience, Jamie has developed a highly specialized expertise in non-invasive treatments and formulation of new, ground-breaking anti-aging products.
Inventor, Dr. Burt D. Ensley
Microbiologist Dr. Burt Ensley is a pioneer in the field of genetic research who holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Georgia.
A former director of Amgen’s Specialty Chemicals Group, he successfully synthesized the first elastin (Elastatropin®) and keratin (Keracyte®) proteins, and subsequently developed a proprietary, patented formula, creating a remarkably effective anti-aging elastin/keratin replenishment skincare and haircare product.
He was elected to the Fellowship in the American Academy of Microbiology in recognition of his research accomplishments and has 30 publications in peer-reviewed scientific literature, and holds 20 issued and 2 pending U.S. patents relating to his field of biology.
Dr. Ensley is passionate about bringing the advances of recombinant DNA to a wide range of personal care and wound-healing products.
