RETURN POLICY

PROFESSIONALS - You may return any unopened product within 14 days of your order with a 25% restocking fee. The client is responsible for all shipping costs.  Products damaged during shipment must be reported within 48 hours. 
 

RETAIL CUSTOMERS - You may return any product within 30 days of your order.  Upon receipt of the returned product a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs.   The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.  Products damaged during shipment must be reported within 48 hours.

TBI is not responsible for any incorrect shipping information.  Should a customer enter an incorrect address or omit any part of the address and carrier upcharges for address correction, the customer is responsible for upcharge and will be billed appropriately.
